Solenne Ducos-Lamotte will lead a guided tour of the double exhibition “Lydia Balbal + Strong Women Country”. She will introduce you to Aboriginal art, Lydia Balbal’s community (Bidyadanga) and will explain each artwork exhibited.

STORYTELLING (FOR KIDS)

Aboriginal stories readings afternoon followed by a snack in the exhibition space.
This special afternoon, the exhibition space welcomes kids from the Centre Cerise (socio-cultural centre of the area) for a storytelling session led by professional story readers.
IDAIA’s Assistant Curator Bénédicte will explain the exhibition to this particular public. After the readings, a snack will be offered to the kids and the readers.
