Sakahàn: International Indigenous Art

Symposium: Indigenous. Global. Now.
The Sakahàn Symposium: Friday 17 May from 1 to 5 pm
Venue: National Gallery of Canada – 380 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Three speakers with diverse areas of expertise will address the artistic, historical and cultural timeliness of an exhibition on contemporary Indigenous art from around the world. Following the speakers’ presentations there will be a town hall conversation between the curators and artists in the exhibition.
