Agency welcomes new CEO Glenn Iseger-Pilkington.

Glenn Iseger-Pilkington is a Nhanda Yamatji and Nyoongar man, with Dutch and Scottish ancestry. He grew up across the Kimberley and later on Nyoongar Country in Perth and Bunbury, and he now lives in Walyalup Fremantle. Glenn brings more than twenty years of national experience across visual arts leadership, cultural strategy, curatorial practice and community engagement.

He joins Agency as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026 following his senior role as Director Content, Strategy and Partnerships for the Aboriginal Cultural Centre project in Western Australia. In this position Glenn shaped the cultural visioning, curatorial frameworks and creative strategy for a major new landmark institution set to open in 2030.

Glenn brings to Agency an approach grounded in cultural integrity, values-driven leadership, national sector insight and a commitment to strengthening the visibility and impact of First Nation artists and communities across Australia and internationally.
