Martu artist Judith Anya Samson and Emilia Galatis Project co-curated the itinerary exhibition ‘Anya’s Puntawarri World!’, a wonderful retrospective exploring the painter’s travels through her ancestral land.

Presented by Martumili Artists and the Agency projects at Wunkun Wanambi Project Space, the exhibition opening will be part of the annual Melbourne Art Fair.

The exhibition debuted in February 2025, as part of Perth Festival at DADAA in Walyalup, Fremantle

Anya said she wanted to create a whole world out of her paintings, where audiences could step inside her artwork and explore the different painterly elements.
