IDAIA is pleased to announce a pop-up exhibition at the popular event Food Temple for its Australian edition.

The fifth edition of Food Temple at the Carreau du Temple invites the flavours of Australia to the table. This is an unprecedented journey into contemporary Australian cuisine where Indigenous origins mingle with British, Mediterranean and Asian influences.

Featuring masterclasses with Australian and Aboriginal chefs, approximately thirty workshops (for young and old), exhibitions, screenings, cook book signing sessions, a market, and brunch.

This event is presented as part of the Australia now France 2021-22 program.
